There’s something for everyone here whether you’re a BEGINNER BEGINNER and brand new to exercise/fitness, have a high level of fitness, want to join a wellness group or book onto one of my courses.
Digital Debs Main Weekly group
My varied studio timetable changes weekly, you are able to pay weekly, leave and re join as and when you fancy or take up a longer commitment of a block booking
Weekly classes are taught LIVE at 6.30am, generally Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning and there’s always either a live class or a pre record to do on a Monday evening too
ALL of these classes are saved to the group and therefore available for catch up …. Or repeat 😉
Alongside the LIVE classes there are 100’s of others to try
There’s all sorts to include Kettlebells, step, Piyo, HiiT, Strength/Weight classes, Lift Light, Resistance band workouts, Aerobics, LBT and Combat ….. that’s just for starters!
This ‘main’ group is for anyone as alternative levels are always offered, however, most participants have a base line level of fitness in the main
Price/week is £12.50 however there’s always an offer to be had should you sign up to a block booking.

A class programmed for the complete beginner, its your brand new starting point!
I teach 4 7-10 min sessions/week, typically Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri at 7.20am and they’re saved to the group and available for catch up …… or repeat 😉

Healthy Habits
In addition to the classes I also come into the group 3 times each week for an informal women wellness chat to motivate and inspire you to adopt some ‘healthy habits’ into your life and help you feel well.
As an example we cover Nutrition, lifestyle, Sleep, Stress, Sugar, Hormones and we continue.
BEGINFit ‘Walk’ was launched in late March. All the workouts were/are centred around something that’s simple and also very effective ……. WALKING
BEGINFit Lift will launch in June and will run for 4 weeks – A beginners 4 week programme introducing very light weights to lean how to lift light weight well
L.I.F.E
Low Impact Fitness for Everyone
A class designed for those who prefer low impact exercise BUT still want results!
Classes are 30 mins in duration and very varied and fun
These can be bought as a block or on a pay as you go basis and as with all my groups free tasters are always available
These classes are generally Monday and Thursday at 8.30am
